Why We Use Background Location
Background location access is required to record the location of skateboarding activities performed with the Skategrounds Sensor.
This allows the app to track sessions and geotag trick attempts even when the phone is in a pocket, the screen is off, or the app is not open.
Foreground-only location would interrupt session tracking and prevent core features from functioning.
User Control
You can disable location permissions at any time through your device settings.
However, doing so will prevent the app from recording or mapping activity sessions.
